We install anchor rods/cables using the KMZ 5012 through the end working devices of the left and right arm frames. The installation process involves the following steps:
- Use the remote control to deploy the boom quickly to the area close to the anchor hole.
- Manually insert resin or cement coil anchoring agent down to the bottom of the hole using a PVC pipe station mounted on the platform.
- Choose the hole position for the anchor rod installation using the remote control. After the selection, the working device aligns with the anchor, keeping the orientation of the rod hole consistent and locked.
- Install the anchor rod into the friction wheel using the remote control.
- Adjust the arm movement through the remote control to align the anchor rod with the anchor rod hole
- Feed in the anchor rod through the friction wheel until it contacts the anchoring agent (the length of the exposed anchor rod determines this)
- Anchor rod device in place
- Push the anchor rod device forward until the anchor rod inserts into the hole's bottom and attaches the anchor head (Resin and cement medicine roll anchoring agent need to be pushed while rotating)
- Install the exhaust pipe and seal the hole opening (manually operated on the platform)
- Apply prestress by using torque through the anchor rod device torque tube; the torque can be set on the control panel of the electrical control cabinet.
